Returns | Merchandise Credit
We offer a merchandise credit for the price of the piece, exclusive of taxes and any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not return currency in any form.
Our Shipping Policy
We hand-assemble our styles to order and ask that you allow 5 - 7 business days for processing and production, depending on the quantity of items.
If we have any questions or anticipate a delay in completing your order, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Unless otherwise requested, we use the USPS for First Class shipping within the domestic United States.
We ship from NJ, and depending on where you are in the US, USPS First Class quotes 3-7 business days.
If you would like us to use another carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, we are happy to obtain quotes for you or use your account #.
Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the carrier services, as we cannot control their actions. We will, however, work with you, and make every effort to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
