We offer a merchandise credit for the piece amount, exclusive of taxes and any additional shipping costs that may have been incurred. We do not refund currency in any form, and merchandise credits are valid for one year.

We welcome exchanges in any size, color, or style for the same amount as purchased. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please get in touch with us at hello@brettlauren.com for an RA#. Returns for merchandise exchange will only be accepted with an RA# issued by us.
